Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Due to the limited and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit

Once your package leaves our facility, The Trinket is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.


Exchanges

Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

  • The item you wish to exchange must be in stock at the time of your request.
  • Exchanges are only available for the exact same item (e.g., different size or color of the same piece).
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unlaundered. Any item showing visible signs of wear, damage, or washing will not be approved and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 business days of your item being marked as delivered.

Fees: If your exchange is approved, you will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee plus shipping costs to and from The Trinket Pocket headquarters.

Payment: Exchange invoices must be paid within 2 hours of being sent. Unpaid invoices will result in the exchange request being automatically cancelled.
