FAQ

Do your necklaces tarnish?

Our chains are made from high-quality gold stainless steel and have been tested to be non-tarnish.

Due to the nature of our vintage-sourced and mixed-material charms, we cannot guarantee that all charms will remain tarnish-free over time.

To preserve your piece, we recommend removing your necklace before showering, swimming, or applying perfumes and lotions.

If your chain or charm shows signs of tarnishing within the first 30 days, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Are your pieces limited?

Yes ✨
Each necklace is part of a small, curated capsule and often available in very limited quantities — sometimes only one of each.

Once a piece sells out, it may not be restocked.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis if the requested item is in stock.

If approved:• A shipping fee (to and from our studio) will apply• A 10% restocking fee will be charged• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

What items are eligible for exchange?

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
• unworn
• undamaged
• in their original condition

Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Exchanges are only available for the same item (if still in stock).

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

Once your order has been shipped, The Trinket Pocket is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

How do I request an exchange?

To request an exchange, please contact us with:
• your order number
• your full name

You can reach us through our website contact form or via Instagram @thetrinketpocket ✨

If your request is approved, an invoice must be completed within 2 hours to secure the exchange.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your piece looking its best:
• avoid water, perfumes, and lotions
• store inside its satin bag, in a dry place
• handle charms with care

Each piece is designed to be worn and loved — but like all delicate jewelry, it benefits from mindful care.
